He has performed alongside Eminem, G-Unit, Black Eyed Peas, Big Pun, Run-DMC, Ludacris, Ghostface, Mos Def, Common, Slick Rick, Talib Kweli, The Beatnuts, Gang Starr, GZA, Erykah Badu, Meek Mill, and 2Chainz.

Mazzi backs up his socially conscious lyrics by regularly traveling to the Middle East, South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe for humanitarian work and to raise funds from album sales to give to charity. Through projects, events, and shows, Mazzi has raised funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, homeless shelters in New York, domestic abuse shelters, special needs schools, youth centers, and asthma research. Other causes include sneakers for orphans, clean water wells, and relief aid for Haiti, and 9/11.

Mazzi was on Next Level Team Portugal.
